I’m a sociotechnical researcher and practitioner focused on how organizations respond to technological change. My work draws on research, facilitation, systems thinking, UX, and technical experience, with particular attention to the human and institutional conditions that shape how technology is adopted and governed.

About This Work

I work at the intersection of AI governance, organizational behavior, research, and community education. My practice draws on backgrounds in systems thinking, UX research, service design, full stack development, and community organizing - with a consistent focus on the human and institutional layer where most AI risk actually lives.Most recently, I co-led research and analysis for the 2026 State of Nonprofit AI Adoption & Governance Report, published by NTEN and The Bridgespan Group. The study drew 917 responses and examined how AI adoption is unfolding across leadership and staff perspectives, including governance, training, guidance, budgeting, and informal use.Read the full report here
