About This Work

I work at the intersection of AI governance, organizational behavior, research, and community education. My practice draws on backgrounds in systems thinking, UX research, service design, full stack development, and community organizing - with a consistent focus on the human and institutional layer where most AI risk actually lives.I'm co-designer of the 2026 State of Nonprofit AI Adoption & Governance Survey, a sector-wide study in partnership with NTEN and The Bridgespan Group, currently with 600+ respondents. My work is informed by the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and grounded in harm reduction and community-centered practice.
